Data We Collect

Analytics data (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-5CY1X52W0M) to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymised data including: pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate country, and referring source. Google processes this data on our behalf under their own privacy policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies
We set the following first-party cookies:

• age_verified — remembers that you confirmed you are 18+. Expires after your session.
• cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference (accept / reject). Expires after 365 days.
• lang — stores your preferred language. Expires after 365 days.
• rid1 - a random identifier for your recommendations (see Your recommendations). It contains no personal data. It is only set after you interact with the feed (or when you pause your history below), and your recommendation profile is deleted after 90 days without visits.

Third-party cookies may be set by Google Analytics and by affiliate platforms (see below) when you click through to external sites.

Contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, optional email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Data we do not collect
We do not require registration. We do not collect payment information.

Your recommendations

To show you more of what you like, the site learns from what you do on it: which videos and shorts you watch, how long you stay on each short, what you skip, like, save or mark as Not interested, and who you follow. From that we keep a list of tags, categories, models and uploaders with a score that fades over time. If you have an account, it is tied to your account (together with the watch history you already see in your dashboard). If you don't, it is tied to the random rid1 cookie, and it moves to your account if you sign in. We never use your IP address for this, never share it, and anonymous profiles are deleted after 90 days without visits.

You are always in control. Pausing stops the site from learning (the feed goes back to the usual order); clearing deletes everything it learned.

Repeat Infringer & Copyright

We respect copyright and comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). To report infringement, send a valid § 512(c)(3) notice with all six elements — signature, work identified, exact URL on ashemaleparadise.com, contact info, good-faith statement, and accuracy/perjury statement — to our Designated Agent — AshemaleParadise, DMCA Department: [email protected] (see ashemaleparadise.com/dmca/ for the form and full policy).

3-strike repeat infringer policy: Users who receive three (3) valid strikes (three separate takedowns resulting in actioned) will have their account terminated, upload privileges revoked, and infringing content deleted (source + HLS). Creating new accounts to evade a ban is prohibited. After each takedown the content hash is added to a blocklist to automatically reject re-uploads.

18 U.S.C. § 2257: AshemaleParadise is an aggregator/secondary producer and does not create explicit depictions. Primary producers (Chaturbate, Stripchat, CamSoda, BongaCams) maintain § 2257 records; see our 2257 statement for custodian details. All performers are verified 18+ by the originating platform. We may forward redacted copies of actioned notices to Lumen Database for transparency (opt out in your notice if you prefer).

DMCA notices are retained as dmca_notices records (new → actioned / rejected) with actioned_at / reviewed_by timestamps to measure our SLA (acknowledge <24h, remove <48h). Personal data in notices is used only to process the request and is not sold.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (the minimum retention period). Contact form messages are deleted within 90 days of resolution. DMCA notice records are retained for compliance auditing; reporter contact data is not used for marketing. Anonymous recommendation profiles are deleted after 90 days without visits; account profiles are kept until you clear them or delete your account. We do not retain any other personal data.

Children's Privacy

AshemaleParadise is an adults-only platform (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed this site or provided personal data, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if our data practices change. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
